Michael D. Mopsick, Esq. Managing Partner
Mr. Mopsick represents clients in commercial litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings. His litigation experience includes a broad range of business and commercial issues, including breach of contract, fraud, construction, real estate, trust and probate, business torts, unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and corporate and partnership issues. Mr. Mopsick also represents clients in business and real property transactions (including purchases and sales of businesses, stock purchases, shareholder agreements, commercial leases, and commercial and residential closings) and in estate and trust administration.
